What is
the More Card?
The More Card is Purchase College’s official identification card
issued to all members of the College Community. It is required
for identification and access to essential campus services. It
also functions as a convenient payment method for services on campus.
All students, faculty, and staff at Purchase College are
currently eligible to receive a More Card.

How do I get my More Card?
The More
Card is issued by the More Card Office located Campus Center
North, Main Lobby. The hours of operation are Mon. – Fri. 9 a.m.
– 4 p.m.
There is no charge for
your initial More Card.

What if I lose my More Card?
If your More Card has been lost or stolen, immediately report it
at the
More Card Cardholder Account Center or by calling 1-866-914-MORE (6673), or by
contacting the More Card Office. Your More Dollars account will
be suspended to prevent unauthorized use. To receive a
replacement card, visit the More Card Office – Campus Center
North, Main Lobby between the hours of Mon. – Fri. 9 a.m.- 4
p.m. Your balances will be transferred to your new More Card.
There will be a $15.00 replacement fee.

How does the
More Dollars Account work?
More Dollars is a cashless, prepaid spending account on your
More Card that is accepted on and around the Purchase College
campus. Unused balances roll over semester to semester and year
to year. You must add value to your account before using your
More Dollars to make purchases. You must have sufficient value
available in your More Dollars to pay for each transaction. Each
time you use your More Dollars, the amount of the transaction
will be deducted from your account. You may not spend more value
than you have.

Your 16-digit More Dollars number is located on the front of
your More Card in the lower left-hand corner.

What's the difference between my Meal Plan and More Dollars?
Both accounts are accessed by your More Card.
All residential students are required to participate in a meal
plan which varies based on where you live on campus. Payment is
made at the beginning of the each semester along with tuition
and other fees.
More Dollars is a prepaid spending account that is accepted at
all dining locations on campus, the campus bookstore, all dining
locations, select vending machines, Art & Design,
Telecommunications, Health Services, and popular off-campus
businesses. It is designed to eliminate the need to carry cash
or other cards
around campus. You or your parents must add value to your More
Dollars before using it for purchases. Value in More Dollars
rolls over from semester to semester and from year to year.

When is
value added to More Dollars available?
Credit card, debit card, check, and cash payments will be made
available to your account on the same business day the payment
is received.

How do I
make a purchase with More Dollars?
At retail locations, More Dollars works much like a debit or
credit card. Just present your More Card for payment to the
attendant at the register. Your card will be swiped in a
terminal and the transaction authorized. You will need to sign a
printed receipt of the approved transaction. At self service
locations, simply insert your card in the terminal.

Where can I use More Dollars?
More Dollars can be used at all dining locations on campus, the
campus bookstore, select vending machines, Art & Design,
Telecommunications, Health Services, and popular off-campus
businesses. These can be identified by the “Welcomed” sign.

How do I recommend additional accepting locations for More
Dollars?
Cardholder suggestions are welcome and encouraged.
Recommendations can be sent via email to

your account with confidence.

What if I
forget my user name or password?
Go to
More Dollars Cardholder Account Center. Under the Login
button, click [Forgot your username or password?] and follow the
instructions.

What is the
More Dollars refund process?
Students may request a refund of a More Dollars account balance
upon graduating, withdrawing or leaving Purchase College. Proof
of withdrawal or dismissal is required. Refund requests must be
submitted in writing to:
